Payment and notes
Payment terms: Deposit: 25% of the total amount to confirm the reservation (bank transfer). The remainder (75%): Payment upon arrival (cash or bank transaction). Note: There are no additional cleaning fees or taxes – everything is included in the base price. Arrival and departure time: Check-in: Ideally from 14:00h. Check-out: Please leave the apartment by 10:00h so we can prepare it for the next guests. Flexibility: We are very open to arrangements! If the apartment is not occupied immediately before or after your term, we will gladly allow you an early check-in or late check-out at no extra charge. Just contact us in advance to check availability.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy (Deposit Refund): We understand that plans change, so we offer a full refund of the paid deposit for all cancellations made at least 30 days before the planned arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of the term, we retain the deposit as a fee for the fixed reservation. Of course, we are always ready for a human agreement in case of unforeseen circumstances or the possibility of transferring the deposit to another available date.
