Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 25%; the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the property. Check-in at the apartment is possible after 2:00 PM, and check-out must be no later than 10, 11:00 PM. Early check-in must be requested in advance and is subject to a fee of 50€.
Cancellation policy
The deposit can be refunded up to 30 days before arrival; the refund cost is borne by the guest.
