Apartments located in a new building on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the sea, islands, and Velebit. Each apartment has a separate entrance. The apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable summer vacation and include one parking space in the courtyard. They are equipped with a TV and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the rental price. Use of a barbecue in the courtyard is provided. Apartment 4, air-conditioned, with an area of 45 m2, is located on the first floor and has a double bedroom and a children's bedroom, each with two beds. The balcony has an area of 6 m2 and the terrace 9 m2. The kitchen, connected to the dining area, is equipped with basic kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, and servingware. Apartment 2+2, air-conditioned, with an area of 45 m2, is located on the ground floor and has a double bedroom and the option of a double bed in the living room. The terrace has an area of 9 m2. Pets are not allowed.
