Availability is updated daily! The Grubelić Apartments/OPG comprise two separate houses located next to each other. They are situated near all major amenities (shops, beaches, town center) and are ideal for family holidays. The houses share an entrance to a courtyard with large, free parking for 6-9 vehicles, as well as a landscaped garden with a barbecue and a covered terrace that can be used by guests from both properties. Property 1 is rented out entirely to one group and consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and access to a terrace. The other room is equipped with a Smart TV. The apartment features a large, fully equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds and a TV. Property 2 consists of several studio apartments and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments have a balcony with sun protection (with the exception of apartment A2, which has no balcony access). The properties are located 5-10 minutes’ walk from the beach/town center.
