About this stay
Modernly furnished apartments, located only 300m from the beautiful Vela beach, with a shared outdoor pool and BBQ. The house contains 13 apartments, 4 of which are located in the basement. The basement apartments use a shared terrace (20m2) located on the floor above. Each accommodation unit is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, Internet, and SAT-TV. One parking space is available to guests. Pets are not welcome.

Payment and notes
Please note that reservations in the period 01.04.-20.06. can be made for a minimum of 4 nights, in the period 21.06.-05.09. for a minimum of 7 nights, and in the period 06.09.-06.10. for a minimum of 4 nights. Prices will be displayed to you when you enter your desired stay dates and number of persons. Seasonal prices can be seen under the € price list (on the right, below the images of the desired accommodation unit). Additional costs: tourist tax (adults 2,20 EUR/person/night; children 12-18 years 1,10 EUR/person/night) and registration fee (5 EUR/person/one-time). For a fixed reservation, a deposit (via bank) in the amount of 30% of the total apartment price must be paid. The remaining amount of accommodation, tax, and registration fee is paid upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment is possible after 14 hours, check-out is until 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
In case of reservation cancellation, the paid deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
