Modernly furnished apartments, located just 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful Vele Beach, with a shared outdoor pool and barbecue. The house features 9 apartments equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, safe, air conditioning, internet access, and satellite TV. Each apartment includes one parking space. Pets are not welcome.

Payment and notes
Please note that reservations for the period 01.04.-20.06. can be made for a minimum of 4 nights, for the period 21.06.-05.09. for a minimum of 7 nights, and for the period 06.09.-06.10. for a minimum of 4 nights. Prices will be displayed once you enter your desired stay dates and the number of guests. Seasonal prices can be viewed under the € price list (to the right, below the images of the desired accommodation unit). Additional costs: tourist tax (adults 2,20 EUR/person/night; children aged 12-18 years 1,10 EUR/person/night) and check-in fee (5 EUR/person/one-time payment). For a confirmed reservation, a deposit (via bank transfer) amounting to 30% of the total apartment price must be paid. The remaining accommodation cost, tax, and check-in fee are payable upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment is possible after 14 hours, and check-out is required by 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the paid deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
