About this stay
Opening in July 2025., we offer 12 modernly furnished and comfortable apartments in a quiet yet central location in Zagreb. They are situated in a fully renovated basement of the building. Each unit features a double bed, and the two largest apartments can also accommodate a third person with the help of an extra bed. The apartments have private bathrooms with all necessary amenities and fresh towels for every guest. The nine studios come with a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a cooking hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and basic tableware – ideal for preparing light meals. The Deluxe rooms do not have a kitchen or refrigerator but offer the same level of comfort. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with underfloor heating and soundproofed windows, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. Easy self-check-in via a code is available, and our hosts are on hand to answer any questions and provide assistance during your stay.

All apartments are located in the basement of the building, which was completely renovated in July 2025., and are decorated in a modern, elegant style to ensure maximum comfort. Check-in is possible from 15:00 hours, and check-out until 10:00 hours. Early arrival or late departure is possible depending on availability – please contact us one day in advance to arrange this. A luggage storage room is always available to guests. Smoking and hosting parties in the apartments are strictly prohibited. Please note that we are not a hotel or aparthotel, but a private apartment complex. This means there is no 24-hour reception or daily cleaning. However, our hosts live nearby and are available to assist you with any needs. Access to the building and apartments is secured using codes that we send on the day of arrival. Special offer for direct bookings: guests who book directly receive a 10% discount compared to prices on Booking.com. The prices displayed on Apartmanija.hr are indicative and may vary. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% must be paid.
Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total price. The remaining amount is due on the day of arrival. Guests may cancel without charge up to 15 days before arrival, and the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 15 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
