The family house where the apartment is located is situated 600m from the sea, i.e., from the center of the town. It is 500 m away from Lake Vrana. Surrounded by greenery, it can provide a peaceful and pleasant holiday for every guest. The apartment is 100 m2 in size. It consists of 2 twin bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace of 30 m2. It is located on the second floor of the house and has a separate entrance. From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the sea, the town, the lake, and distant Velebit. Guests can also use the outdoor space on the ground floor as well as the grill. Payment and notes
Reservations are confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount of 100€. Upon arrival, the guest pays the remaining amount up to the total price. Guest arrival time is after 12h (arrangement possible). Guest departure time is until 9h in the morning. Guests may not bring friends into the apartment without the owner's permission. On the day of departure, you are obliged to inspect the apartment with the host and compensate for any damage. Rearranging existing furniture is not allowed. Pets are not allowed neither in the object nor outside it. The price does not include final cleaning, which is 30€.
