Around the house, there is a fenced yard with covered parking for cars, second line to the sea (less than 3 minutes walk) and in the wider center of Baška Voda (5 minutes walk to the waterfront). The house was built in the 1960s and renovated in 2022.

Payment and notes
All prices are for basic beds; use of an extra bed (additional person is charged 15€/day). The apartment must be vacated by 10 hours in the morning on the day of departure. It is possible to use the parking and leave luggage until the end of the day (with prior notice). The apartment is handed over to the guest after 16 hours, following maintenance and cleaning. Keys can be collected earlier; it is possible to park the car and leave luggage before 16 hours (with prior notice). Payment in cash or by bank transfer (contact the owner). Deposit upon agreement.
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned to the provided bank account or in cash.
