The house owned by the family of Snježana and Slobodan (Bobo) Frankić is located in the town of Barbat on the island of Rab, 4 km from the town of Rab and 6 km from the ferry. It is built as a single-story house which contains five apartments for rent, a common room for entertainment, and one apartment where the hosts live. The house is located in a quiet part, in a beautiful residential area, only 30 meters from the sea and surrounded by a parking lot, flower garden, orchard, sunny terrace with sun loungers, playground for children and adults, and a shared terrace. There are five apartments for 4 people: Apartment 1, Apartment 3, Apartment 4, Apartment 5 and one apartment for 2 people: Apartment 2. Two apartments for 4 people: Apartment 1, Apartment 3 and one apartment for 2 people: Apartment 2 are located on the ground floor, while two apartments for four people: Apartment 4, Apartment 5 are on the upper floor (the hosts and rented Apartment 5 share the terrace). Payment and notes
Inquiries and reservations are accepted via email at [email protected] or via the form. Our offer contains a description of the requested apartment, dates, price per day, total price, and deposit amount, expressed in euros. The offer is valid for 24 hours. Reservation requests can be submitted by adults. The apartment is reserved for the requested period upon payment of the deposit. For stays up to 10 nights, the deposit amount is the price of 3 nights. For stays over 10 nights, the deposit amount is 30% of the total reservation price. The deposit is paid to the host's bank account according to the calculation in the offer. The reservation is valid at the moment when the deposit payment is visible in our bank account, after which we will send you a reservation confirmation. The remaining balance up to the total value of the accommodation is paid by the guest on the day of arrival. All bank fees and other incurred costs are at the client's expense. Large or small, all dogs are welcome, the price is 6€ per day. You must announce the dog upon reservation. Check-in 14.00 Check-out 10.00
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of a reservation after the deposit has been paid, the apartment owner retains the full amount of the deposit if the cancellation is made within 60 days or less to the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled in an earlier period of more than 60 days before arrival, the apartment owner returns 50% of the deposit to the guests. There is no possibility of a refund after the guests have started using the apartment.
