About this stay
Unfortunately, as a small rental provider with two small apartments, I feel that the state does not distinguish between those of us trying to work honestly and survive from tourism and those who possess several apartments or luxury villas. Taxes, flat-rate fees, and other levies are the same for everyone, they are constantly increasing, and only this year my levies have increased by more than 50%, with another increase of 50% expected next year, ...while the price of waste removal compared to 2025 has increased by an incredible 840%. I have tried to absorb all previous costs and increases myself, but I simply can no longer cover them alone. Therefore, as much as it pains me, I am forced to increase the nightly rate by 10 €. This is not a decision I make easily, especially because of my dear old guests, but under such conditions, I have no other choice. Once again, I sincerely apologize to all my past and future guests and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and support. ️

Upon reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid; the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. The apartment is considered reserved upon payment of the deposit. Check-in 14:00h, check-out 10:00h.
