Payment and notes
Payment in cash or by bank transfer to the giro account (card payments are not possible). A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental amount must be paid via bank transfer to the giro account. Check-in is after 14 hours, and check-out is by 10 hours (early check-in and late check-out are possible if circumstances permit). The minimum stay is 2 nights. A discount is offered for stays of 7 nights or more, and a one-time final cleaning fee is also charged, depending on the apartment size (from 50 to 80 EUR). Parking is free and located next to the apartment. Towels and linens are included in the price. No additional fees are charged for services such as Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine and air conditioning, tourist taxes, etc.
Cancellation policy
The refund of the deposit will be processed as agreed.
