Payment of 20% advance via bank, for reservation. The rest upon arrival. Check in: 15.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m. Check out by 10.00 a.m. A damage deposit of 50 euros is required on arrival. Baby cot available on request, extra charge 10 euros. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed (only on the balcony). Large parties are not allowed. Guests must not make noise between 22.00 and 07.00 h. Pets are not allowed. For stays shorter than 4 days, the price is 30% higher.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
