About this stay
We rent out three apartments, the first and second row from the beach, with sea views. They are approximately 30 meters from the coast and located on the ground floor. The apartment is approximately 60 m² and suitable for 4–6 people. It consists of two separate bedrooms, each with three beds, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet; the living room also features a pull-out sofa. The large terrace offers a panoramic view of the entire Pako Bay and Zrće. The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped. Air conditioning is included in the price and not charged extra! One reserved parking space is provided for guests in front of the apartment. Nearby, about 200 meters away, there is an excellent restaurant, a pizzeria right on the beach, and a small shop. The apartment is 4 km from Novalja. It is possible to rent 2 apartments simultaneously (for 4–6 people and for 2+2 people) in the same building, door to door. Renting from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday is preferred. Rentals are available on a weekly, monthly basis, or for the entire season. We offer an additional discount for longer stays.
