Modern apartments are located in the small fishing village of Njivice on the island of Krk. Njivice is only 11 km from Rijeka Airport. The property is a 3-minute walk from the very center of the village and the beautiful pebble beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and sea. The village is ideal for families with young children and those who want to enjoy the fresh air. The apartments consist of one bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living area with a kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, and a beautiful, large terrace that is perfect for morning coffee as well as evening enjoyment while fresh air comes from the forest. Thanks to the sofa bed in the living area, the apartments can accommodate two additional guests. The studio consists of a living area with a bed, a dining area, and a separate kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a small covered terrace in front of the entrance (20m2).

Payment and notes
When making a reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the total accommodation price is paid. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation. Check-in to the apartment on the day of arrival is after 14 hours, and check-out on the day of departure is by 10 in the morning. For more than 2 people, an extra bed is charged at 10 € per person/night. Use of the air conditioner incurs an additional charge of 5 € per day. During the winter months, heating is an additional 10 € per day.
Cancellation policy
We do not refund the deposit in case of cancellation, except in cases of death and serious health issues.
