Payment and notes
An advance payment for the reservation of 1/3 of the stay price in EUR is paid by agreement with the guest to the giro account of the apartment house owner, who sends the account details to your email after the stay is agreed upon. Once the payment is confirmed, the apartment is reserved. The house owner will обязательно inform you when the money arrives in the account. The ideal arrival time is from 14 :00 to 22:00, and the departure time is from 0:00 to 09:00 in the morning. Although arrival and departure times can be arranged depending on whether other guests are arriving on the same day, you must contact the owner by email or phone before your arrival so that the apartment owner can wait for you and know your arrival time; you should also contact them one week in advance. There is free parking for your car in the courtyard in front of the house.
Cancellation policy

We have adjusted our cancellation policy to the current situation, so you can cancel 30 days before your reserved date with a 100 % refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we will retain the full deposit. This cancellation policy is valid until the end of the coronavirus (COVID 19) epidemic is declared. In the event that you are unable to arrive, you can arrange with the owner to pay for the reservation for the following year; you only need to coordinate the date with the owner.
