DIZMA Apartments are located near the towns of Omiš and Dugog Rat on the Omiš Riviera, 20 km from Split, the main city of Dalmatia. Duće is a beautiful place located on a 6 km long continuous sandy beach, covered in greenery with pine forests, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar, as well as a mild climate that makes the place extremely lovely. On the sandy coast itself, there are restaurants and cafe bars for relaxation and at night for music and romance. Numerous opportunities for entertainment and relaxation as well as sports activities are available in the tourist town of Omiš, a small town below Mount Mosor on the Cetina mountain river, which is famous for rafting over a length of 15 km, as well as hiking, cycling, climbing, and water sports.

Payment and notes
Reservation is made via email and to reserve the apartment, a 20% deposit must be paid, after which the host provides a voucher to the guest; arrival time is from 14h and departure time is until 10h.
Cancellation policy
Reservation can be cancelled at the latest 60 days before arrival. The refund is returned to the same account from which the deposit was paid. In case of cancellation after the deadline, we do not provide a refund of the deposit.
