Deveron Apartments are located on the southern side of the island of Hvar, in the small fishing and tourist village of Zavala. The island of Hvar is also known as the sunniest Croatian island, with as many as 2715 hours of sunshine per year. Its southern side and the village of Zavala have a special microclimate suitable for people with respiratory issues (asthma, allergies). Deveron Apartments are situated right by the sea (approx. 70m – first row from the sea). During the hottest periods, you can enjoy the shade of the pine forest, accompanied by the rustling of the wind and the chirping of crickets. There is a barbecue within the garden. The nature and surroundings in Zavala, at Deveron Apartments, make for an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, especially for families with children, elderly people, and guests tired of the daily city noise and crowds. Deveron Apartments are designed as separate units with independent entrances. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and toilet, and a large terrace with sea views.

Payment and notes
On the day of departure, please vacate the APP by 10 00 hours. On the day of arrival, the APP is available from 14 00 hours. The deposit for the stay amounts to 30% of the total amount. The start and end of stays during the high season are on FRIDAY. Arrival and departure outside the season – by arrangement. FINAL CLEANING. 50,0-60,0 eur. ADDITIONAL PERSON: 10,0 - 15,0 eur/day. The reservation is considered confirmed after the deposit of 30% has been paid. Payment for the reserved accommodation is made on the first day of arrival. Payment for the apartment can only be made in cash.
Cancellation policy
The amount of the deposit paid will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the reservation at least 60 days prior to arrival. In the case of late cancellation or no-show by the guest, the paid deposit will be retained. The guest is obliged to inform us of any changes to their arrival date or late arrival (after 21.00 hours). In the event of a later arrival than reserved (the next day) or an earlier departure, the guest is obliged to pay the amount for the entire reservation period. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy with an insurance company of your choice. The guest is obliged to report any damage they have caused, in the event of property damage. The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage incurred. We are not obligated to assume responsibility in the event of theft, accidents, or damage to property or persons, nor are we liable for damages resulting from thunderstorms, floods, fires, etc. We advise guests to insure their property with an insurance company. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
