Payment and notes
**Booking and Payment Terms** To confirm your reservation, a deposit of **30–40 %** of the total stay price is required. The remaining amount is payable **in cash upon arrival**. The accommodation price includes: * a parking space, * use of the air conditioning, * tourist tax. **Check-in:** from 15:00 onwards. **Check-out:** by 10:00 at the latest. Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the specified times to ensure sufficient time for preparing the accommodation for the next guests.
Cancellation policy
Reservation cancellation terms It is possible to cancel the reservation at the latest 30 days before the planned arrival. In that case, the deposit will be returned in full to the account from which the payment was made or to an account provided by the guest. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
