About this stay
The family house DANICA in the settlement of Dramalj comprises 3 separate apartments for rent (each on a different floor), with a courtyard, garden, and private parking next to the house. It is located on a quiet street, 5 minutes' walk from the sea. The nearest town is Crikvenica, 3 km away. The owner/host resides in the non-commercial part of the house on the ground floor. Renting has been our family business since 1969., and to date, thousands of satisfied guests have stayed at the property, many of whom return gladly. Today, your hosts are the married couple Zlatka and Vladimir Pavković. We will strive to make your stay with us pleasant. We ensure complete privacy for our guests. A1 The ground-floor apartment (2+1) features a covered terrace with sea views and a Mediterranean garden. The A2 apartment (3+2) on the 1.floor has a 2 terrace and a balcony with sea views. The A3 apartment (3+2) on the 2.floor has a large terrace with views of the island of Krk, stretching from Rijeka in the west to the distant Velebit in the southeast. The apartments are air-conditioned. Air conditioning is included in the price.

Payment and notes
Upon reservation, a deposit of 30% is required to the lessor's IBAN. The remaining amount for the pre-agreed number of nights is paid by the guest in cash upon arrival on the first day of use of the accommodation. Otherwise, the host will retain the guest's personal document (passport, ID card ...) until full payment. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price increases by 20%. Check-in time: no earlier than 15:00. Check-out time: no later than 10:00. You do not need to worry about a late arrival, your hosts will welcome you whenever you arrive! For an additional guest up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, the daily price increases by 12 euros.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation by the guest up to 14 days before the reserved arrival date. In case of such a cancellation, the deposit received with the reservation is immediately returned in full to the guest, reduced by any potential bank fees. In the event of a justified cancellation (illness or force majeure) by the host, the host will return the received deposit to the guest and do everything in their power to offer the guest alternative accommodation in a timely manner.
