Payment and notes
For reservations, a deposit is paid depending on the length of stay, and upon receipt of the deposit, the host confirms the reservation. Upon arrival, the guest must immediately provide their personal documents to be registered in e-visitor and pay the remaining amount. Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. Check-out from the apartment is no later than 10 a.m. The apartment or studio apartment can accommodate only as many people as it is licensed for. This means that the studio can accommodate 3 adults or two adults and two children under 12 years old. If a guest fails to comply with the written house rules (noise and vandalism) even after being warned by the host, the host has the right to ask them to leave the accommodation without a refund.
Cancellation policy
By paying the deposit for the reservation, the guest agrees to the cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable, except if the host manages to re-rent the accommodation under the same terms, in which case the deposit will certainly be refunded.
