Located in the peaceful village of Sabunike, our apartments offer an idyllic blend of comfort, privacy, and nature. Enjoy a refreshing saltwater pool, relaxation in a covered outdoor area with a BBQ, and easy access to everything you need for a perfect vacation. We are located just a 10 minute walk from Queen's Beach – a beautiful, spacious sandy beach ideal for families with small children. Nearby, you will also find fun playgrounds for children, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes, ranging from relaxed seaside terraces to family-friendly venues. For those seeking a more active holiday, the area offers numerous marine activities, including windsurfing, kayaking, and cycling. Additionally, our location is an excellent starting point for excursions to famous Croatian natural beauties – such as Kornati National Park, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, and Vrana Lake. All our apartments have separate entrances and are located on their own floors, ensuring privacy and extra comfort. A private parking space is also available and provided for guests.

Payment and notes
Arrival and departure: Check-in is possible from 16:00, and we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 on the day of departure – so that we have time to prepare everything for the next guests. Payment and deposit: To confirm your reservation, a 30% payment of the total amount is required. The remainder is paid on the day of arrival, upon taking possession of the accommodation. Tourist tax: There are no hidden costs – the tourist tax is included in the price. Reservation confirmation: As soon as we receive the deposit payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation via email. Security deposit: Upon arrival, a security deposit of 250 € must be left, which is paid in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, after we have inspected the accommodation together.
Cancellation policy
To ensure business stability and allow for quality planning, we apply the following cancellation policy: Up to 60 days before arrival – we refund 75% of the deposit (we retain 25% for administrative costs). From 60 to 45 days before arrival – we refund 50% of the deposit. From 45 to 30 days before arrival – we refund 25% of the deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival – the deposit is non-refundable. Regardless of whether we manage to rebook the cancelled period, a refund of the deposit is not possible within 30 days of arrival. We strongly recommend that guests arrange travel insurance, which covers unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, trip cancellation, delays...).
