Cubo Apartments consists of four newly renovated apartments in a prime location near the city center. The advantage of this location is that it is situated in a quiet, green environment, yet close to the center, which is only 10 minutes away by tram or car. Parking is free in front of the buildings where the apartments are located. Apartments Maksimir 1 and Maksimir 2 are on the same floor (2) of the building, while Maksimir 3 and Maksmir 4 cover the entire 1 floor. The area is surrounded by greenery and parks, yet excellently connected by transport: the strict city center is reachable in just 10 minutes by car. The tram stop is 3 minutes' walk from the apartments, and the train station is only 500 m away. Car parking is available on the streets, in designated parking spaces, and is free. Within a 1 km radius of the Apartments lies the largest and oldest park, Maksimir, with its Zoo, four universities, and 2 hospitals (Dubrava and Rebro).

To confirm your apartment reservation, you must pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount to our bank account, except for last-minute inquiries. Upon arrival at the apartment, the remaining rental fee must be paid in full in cash. We do not accept credit cards. Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM Depending on the apartment's availability, check-in and check-out times are flexible, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
