Fully equipped and comfortable apartments in a quiet setting of a private family house; two stories with a spacious and manicured yard and secured parking spaces for guests. Apartment 1 (first floor) - 6 persons Spacious apartment of approx. 125 m² is located on the first floor of the house and provides a high degree of comfort. It consists of: - three bedrooms (each with a double bed for 2 people) - two bathrooms (one with a washing machine) - modern, fully equipped kitchens - balcony and terrace The largest bedroom has its own large balcony, while the other two rooms are oriented towards the quiet part of the house. All bathrooms have a shower cabin, WC, washbasin, and natural lighting. Apartment 2 (ground floor) - 4 persons The second apartment is located on the floor below and is ideal for a smaller family. It consists of: - two bedrooms - two bathrooms - spacious living room connected with the kitchen - fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher In front of the apartment, there is a manicured outdoor seating area.

Payment and notes
Reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00. If you plan a later arrival, please inform us in advance so we can organize the welcome. We are at your disposal for any additional questions.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded in full. For cancellations from 29 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
