Payment and notes
• The stated prices are expressed in EUR per apartment per day • The tourist tax is not included in the price (but is listed separately) and is paid additionally per person per day • Final cleaning is not included in the price and amounts to 20€ • Children up to 12 years old are exempt from paying the tourist tax; those aged 12 to 18 pay 50% • Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge if they do not use an extra bed • Children aged 2 to 12 pay EUR 5 per day if they do not use an extra bed • Extra bed: EUR 10 per day • Pets are not allowed • Bed linen, towels, electricity, and water costs are included in the price • Any damage caused in the apartment must be paid directly to the landlord • Upon arrival, apartments are available from 15 hours, while guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10 hours
Cancellation policy
• Payment by credit card is not possible • Settlement of the remaining balance before arrival • VAT is included in the price • Upon reservation, a deposit of 35% is paid which serves as a guarantee and is non-refundable in case of unilateral cancellation of the reservation by the guest. In case of a shorter stay than stated in the reservation, accommodation will be charged for the entire reserved period
