RESERVATION OF TERMS: After the offer is accepted, the reservation is placed online and confirmed by paying a deposit of approx. 30% to the landlord's bank account within 8 days of receiving the bank account number for payment. Once the bank processes the deposit payment, the guest will receive a SUMMER VACATION CONTRACT-VOUCHER via email containing all details from the offer and confirmation of receipt of the deposit. The remaining amount of approx. 70% is paid in cash on the day of arrival, after picking up the keys. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable! HIGH SEASON: 01. 07. - 31. 08. Arrival in high season: Saturday or Sunday after 15 hours. Departure in high season: Saturday or Sunday by 10 hours.
