Calma Apartments are located in a quiet area of Novalja, and each apartment features its own private pool. They are just 900m from the center, allowing you to enjoy tranquility while being close to all the amenities this town offers. It is less than 10 minutes' drive to the festival – 2,4 km from the venue. A shuttle bus operates from the bus station directly to Zrće Beach. The apartments are housed in a new, modern building (with 8 apartments). We offer 2 apartments, one of which is an A4+2 and another is a A6+4; each of these apartments has its own separate private pool. Every apartment is air-conditioned and includes free Wi-Fi, SAT/TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, bedrooms, and a bathroom. Apartments for 6–10 people – plus one additional person if needed – also offer the same amenities. The apartments feature beautiful terraces or balconies with sea and town views, equipped with seating sets.

Payment and notes
Booking an apartment for your desired dates is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation cost. Upon arrival (on the first day), the apartment can be used from 16,00 hours, and upon departure (on the last day), the apartment can be used until 10,00 hours. A deposit of 500 euros will be collected upon arrival to cover any potential damages, which will be refunded upon departure if the apartment is in good condition.
