About this stay
Our apartments are located in the town of Krk and are 200 m from the beach (5 minute walk), and 900 m from the cultural-historical center of the town (15 minute walk). Nearby are pebble, rocky, and sandy beaches as well as sports facilities. Apartment 3, measuring 22m2 (studio) is for 2 people. The apartment is located on the first floor with a private entrance and opens onto a garden where there is a seating set available only to guests from Apartment 3. The apartment has a studio layout with a French bed 160x200 (for 2 people). It has a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, refrigerator with freezer, stove (electric), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery. The apartment also has: cable TV, free WiFi flat Internet, and air conditioning with manual control, safe for valuables/personal documents.

Available to guests: Parking is in the courtyard of the house in front of the apartment where there is a large grill that can be used. Other notes: The entire town of Krk, not just the old part of the town, but also the tourist quarter with beaches, is a hilly area, so we always tell our guests to expect a 5 minute walk to the beach from the apartment, but that arriving at the apartment would take an 8 minute walk :-). Eco Island Krk: In June 2015, an ecological system for municipal waste disposal was introduced on the island of Krk, under the now well-known name Eco Island Krk. Eco Island Krk represents a complete waste management model, which is the first of its kind in Croatia that treats all types of waste, and we are very proud of this. Therefore, we ask you to adhere to the rules stated below. Each guest collects and takes away the waste from each apartment to five separate containers behind the house: organic waste – brown; paper – blue; HOUSEHOLD waste - yellow; glass - grey; other unsorted waste - green.
Cancellation policy
Reservation is possible with a 20% deposit for the accommodation. Full refund of the deposit for cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
