The house contains three apartments. Two of them each have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large covered terrace. In each of these, one room has a French bed, while the other room has two separate beds. The third apartment has one bedroom with a French bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and also a large covered terrace. All rooms are equipped with bed linen. The kitchens have dishes for cooking and serving food, as well as a microwave oven and a kettle. Each apartment also includes air conditioning, which is included in the price. All apartments have a separate entrance. Within the house there is a parking lot available to all guests. A barbecue can also be used. Žitna Uvala beach is 80m away. The beach is pebbly, with sandy areas in the sea. Along the beach there is a promenade and a bicycle path, as well as several cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, and bakeries. Within a radius of 100m there are several shops. The center of Vir is 1800m away.

Payment and notes
When a guest books an apartment, they must pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount, with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the apartment. The tourist tax is included in the price. Check-in to the apartment is at 12:00, and check-out is at 9:00. During the high season (7. and 8. months), the minimum stay is 7 days, while in the pre-season (6. month) and post-season (9. month), it is 3 days. Guests should bring their own towels, kitchen cloths, and toiletries.
