Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total invoice amount must be paid within 7 days. The deposit is paid to our bank account. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival, in cash or by transfer to our bank account. Arrival: from 14:00 Departure: until 10:00 If the apartment is ready earlier or a later departure is possible, we will be happy to inform you.
Cancellation policy
A refund of the deposit is possible for cancellations 60 days or more before arrival. For cancellations within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable, as it is difficult to rebook the period during that time. The deposit serves as confirmation of the reservation and holds the selected date exclusively for you.
