About this stay
The house is located in an excellent spot next to the Borik autocamp, just 30 m from Borik Beach and 100 m from Diklo Beach. Right in front of the house there is a shop, and nearby you will find many restaurants, cafes, sports facilities, an amusement park for children, and a pharmacy. There is free public parking in front of the house. The beaches are well-maintained, clean, and offer plenty of shade. All amenities are nearby, so you won't need to use a car at all. You can walk along the sea to the center of Old Zadar in about 40 minutes, or take the bus that stops 200 m from the house. Prices are affordable.

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the rental price. The remaining amount is due upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment is from 12 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10 on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy

We have adjusted our cancellation policy to the current situation, so you can cancel 7 days before your scheduled arrival date and receive a 100% refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, we will retain the full deposit. This cancellation policy is valid until the end of the pandemic is declared.
