We are also 100 m from the coast, so there is no noise in the evenings. Therefore, we are in a quiet part of Podgora. Ideal for families with children! The house has a sea view. The town center, with its cafes, shops, and restaurants, is 200 meters away.

Payment is in cash, and the reservation typically amounts to 20-35% for the entire package, or 2 days paid in advance, or a minimum of 100 euros, or by agreement. In the event of cancellation of the arrangement, the reservation may, with agreement and only in certain cases, be used next year as well. If the same person rents multiple apartments at the same time, they will receive a discount. Check-in time is from 14:00 hours to 23:00 hours. It is also possible earlier than 14:00 hours if the apartment is ready, and later than 23:00 hours by agreement. Check-out time on the day of departure is from 9:00 to 10:00 hours.
