Pakoštane is a small Dalmatian town located in the very heart of the Adriatic coast, with a unique position between the beautiful sea and Lake Vran. Pakoštane is surrounded by four national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, and Plitvice Lakes) and two nature parks (Telašćica and Lake Vran) of unparalleled beauty, as well as two major cities, Šibenik and Zadar. The Bluemare apartments are ideally situated in Pakoštane, just 50 meters from the beach. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find shops, a bank, restaurants, cafés, currency exchange offices, and all other necessary amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. The house was built in 2012 and features five luxuriously decorated apartments. All apartments are fully equipped and ready for your arrival. Each apartment includes: a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware, a coffee machine, a kettle, digital television with satellite channels, an air conditioning unit, a safe, free internet, a terrace, and well-equipped bathrooms and bedrooms. All guests have access to: parking, a barbecue, a children’s playground, and a summer kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils. Your small pets (dogs) are also welcome in the apartments. The Bronze Apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, an equipped bathroom with a shower cabin, a terrace, and a kitchen and living area with a sofa that can be extended into a comfortable bed for two people. The Silver Apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bed, an equipped bathroom with a shower cabin, a terrace, and a kitchen and living area with a sofa that can be extended into a comfortable bed for two people.
