Our apartment (2+2) exudes the charm of the coastal style, with carefully selected details and modern amenities that will make your stay pleasant and relaxing. It is located in a quiet, low-traffic street, which guarantees peace and quiet, yet you are just a few steps away from everything you need. The apartment, with an area of approx. 50 m², is designed for a maximum of 4 people and consists of: Bedroom with a comfortable double bed; Living room with a sofa bed (bed dimensions 160x200 cm); Fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer); Bathroom with shower. Although the apartment does not have private parking, we provide you with a paid parking permit for the entire city during your stay. Parking is located approx. 300 m from the accommodation

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price of your stay; the remainder is paid upon arrival at the accommodation. We accept all types of credit cards. Check-in time to the apartment is after 13:00, and the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed). During your stay, a parking permit for the public parking lot is provided (paid) for you.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your accommodation at any time; we will refund the deposit if the cancellation is made within a normal time period, in which case we do not need and you are not required to provide a reason for your cancellation.
