Villa BIANCHINI is located on the southern slopes of the island of Hvar. It is situated in the center of the town of Ivan Dolac. It is positioned from which you can see views of islands from Pelješac to Vis. The surroundings include pine forests, vineyards, and olive groves. It is about two hundred meters away from the main beach. There are 5 more beaches nearby connected by a seaside promenade. The five apartments located in the property have terraces with beautiful sea views. Behind the property, there is parking covered by thick vines. The owner has vineyards and olive groves, so they also have excellent olive oil, premium wine of the Mali Plavac variety, Prošek, and various types of brandy (rakija). Payment and notes
Arrival after 14,00h, departure until 10,00h, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit is mandatory upon agreement with the owner. Payment in cash or by bank transfer immediately upon arrival. The price for domestic animals is agreed with the owner, preferably via email for better communication. Air conditioning is not included in the price and is charged only when used; if not used, nothing. I ask interested guests to contact me via the contact form for easier communication.
