Welcome to Rab, an island of diversity and mild Mediterranean climate that offers numerous possibilities for a perfect holiday, not only in summer but also during spring and autumn. The house is located in a peaceful place, with a sea view, surrounded by plenty of greenery in an olive grove. It is ideal for people who love peace and privacy, as well as for people who like to spend their holiday actively. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can hike, walk through the forest, ride a bicycle... The house has two studio apartments with separate entrances. One of 28 m2 A1(2+1 extra bed) with a larger terrace on the ground floor and another of 37 m2 (2+3 extra beds) on the first floor with a balcony. Distance from the beach is 1500 m, about 5 min by car.
