"Apartmani Benedetti" are located almost right next to the beach, in a perfect location where you could practically jump straight into the sea! They are situated in a small, quiet town, ideal for relaxation, just 2 away from our main beach. This is an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle and start a perfect vacation. The apartments are adorned with well-maintained gardens, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Imagine yourself on a sunbed with a cocktail, surrounded by peace and flowers. The pebbled "Mali Dubrovnik" beach is only 20 m (2 minutes) away, while the sandy beach is just a 5-minute walk. Restaurants are 50 m away, and a shop is 30 m from the apartments. For larger purchases, you can reach the center of Povljana with a leisurely walk or drive (600 m). A café and a tennis court are just 20 m away, right across the street. The apartments are located on the ground floor, perfect for families with children and couples who enjoy a peaceful vacation. Payment and notes
You can confirm your reservation via email or by phone. After confirming the reservation, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total price within 48 hours of receiving the offer. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 23:00, and check-out time is until 10:00 in the morning. The price of the apartment does not include the pet fee – we accept small and medium-sized pets (35 € per night). Please note that any additional person arriving at the apartment and wishing to stay overnight, who was not mentioned or agreed upon during the reservation, will be charged the amount the landlord sets for a night's stay, or the person will have to leave the apartment unless otherwise agreed. If unregistered or unannounced guests are found staying overnight, the host has the right to cancel the accommodation without charging cancellation fees. More information can be found in the "House Rules," which are sent to guests by email before the deposit is paid.
Cancellation policy
When canceling a reservation, the following deposit refund policy applies: Note: A written email must be confirmed to indicate your cancellation request. • 100% refund for cancellations made more than 95 days before arrival. • 30% refund for cancellations made between 60 and 95 days before arrival. • No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. If the apartment was booked within a period shorter than the specified deadlines, the deposit is non-refundable.
