The building is located in a very quiet (dead-end) street with no traffic (only cars belonging to guests and building owners) and offers a beautiful view of the pine forest, the sea, and the nearby island of Brač. Distance to the main beach and to the town center is approx. 300m. Our parking is provided in front of the building.

Payment and notes
Payment by bank transfer or in cash. The reservation (non-refundable) deposit amounts to 50% of the total price. The remainder is paid immediately upon arrival and inspection of the apartment. Check-in time 15.30 h for larger (2+1) and 14:30 for smaller (2+1). Check-out time from the apartment is 10.00 h. Only persons registered in this accommodation are allowed to stay in the apartment. Visits are not permitted.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit is possible only if, due to war or pandemic, the borders of the Republic of Croatia or the country from which the guest is coming are officially closed.
