Payment in cash (Currency: EUR) or via bank transfer, which must be completed on the day of arrival. Deposit: 25% of the total price. Check-in time: 14 hours. Check-out time: 09 hours. The tourist tax is included in the price. The price for reservations of ten days or more is reduced by 5 € per night. An extra bed in the apartment costs 15 € per night. All guests are requested to adhere to the house rules.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation within less than 60 days from the date of the booked reservation, the accommodation unit owner reserves the right to retain 100% of the paid deposit. Exceptionally, the owner may refund the deposit if it is established or proven that the guest was unable to use the reserved accommodation due to newly arisen unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, etc.).
