First row to the beach – 10 m to the beach. We offer comfortable, air-conditioned, and well-equipped apartments in the first row to the beach in the small town of Srima, near Vodice. The beach features natural shade from tamarisk trees. It is a shallow, sandy, and pebbly beach, arranged for sitting and sunbathing, suitable for both children and adults. In the enclosed courtyard, we have a large shaded parking area under mulberry trees with 8 parking spaces. The courtyard also includes an outdoor hot water shower and a grill. We have a boat dock in front of the house and free Wi-Fi internet. All apartments have large covered terraces with sea views, ideal for spending the entire day. The well-equipped kitchens include a large refrigerator and freezer, as well as a gas and electric stove. Nearby, there are many restaurants and pastry shops, along with two grocery stores. The apartments guarantee a pleasant vacation and a peaceful night's sleep. It is 300 m to the town center and approximately 2 km to the center of Vodice. We recommend an evening stroll along the sea to Vodice, where there is some entertainment program every day, as well as a wide variety of restaurants.

Payment and notes
Check-in to the apartment is possible after 12 a.m., and check-out is until 9 a.m. The deposit for the apartment reservation must be paid to our giro account at the bank in the amount of 150 euros. For reservations of 11 - 14 days, the deposit is 200 euros, and for reservations of 15 days or more, the deposit is 250 euros. The total rental amount, reduced by the deposit, is paid in cash in euros upon arrival at the apartment. We do not accept guests with skin or infectious diseases. We cannot accommodate guests in wheelchairs, immobile or mobility-impaired guests, or seriously ill guests. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. The tourist tax and air conditioning are included in the price.
