Payment and notes
Reservation terms: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount or the amount for two nights must be paid, according to agreement and depending on the length of stay. In case the deposit is not paid, the reservation is not considered valid. Upon receipt of payment, the reservation is considered confirmed. The remaining part up to the full amount will be charged upon arrival at the apartment. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Minimum stay 7 days during the period 21.06. to 15.09.; in other periods, the minimum stay is 2 days. CHECK IN: 12:00-22:00 CHECK OUT: 08:00 – 09:00 .
Cancellation policy
The deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person or to another date in the pre-season/off-season.
