About this stay
Breathtaking sea views and sunset from your apartment's terrace. Literally 1 minutes' walk to a well-maintained pebble beach with natural shade. Following the beach towards the southeast leads to the town center. The distance to the center of Pirovac is approximately 1000m (15 minutes' walk). We are located in the western part of Pirovac, right at the entrance to Camp Miran. The house was built in 1982, and the apartments were renovated in 2018. We offer guests decent, clean, and tidy accommodation with stunning sea and sunset views at a reasonable price. There are no luxuries like in 4-star apartments, but we score highly in the "value for money" category. Pets are NOT allowed. The house is near the national parks of Kornati and Krka, and only 5 kilometers from Vransko Jezero Nature Park. A mild climate, beautiful coves, pebble beaches with natural shade from centuries-old pines, warm seas, and magical sunsets are unique pleasures and experiences for all visitors to Pirovac, which has always been a resort for the privileged.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is an amount of money that one party gives to the other at the time of concluding the contract as a sign that the contract has been concluded and as security that the obligation will be fulfilled. Once the obligation is fulfilled, the deposit is credited toward the performance. If the agreed stay period is shortened, the agreed period must be paid. The deposit must be returned if the contract is not fulfilled due to my fault.
