Payment and notes
Payment is exclusively in cash immediately upon arrival. A deposit of 20% of the total amount is paid upon booking and also serves as a guarantee for the reservation. For Short stay reservations, the full amount is paid. The deposit is paid via bank transfer; details are sent upon agreement. The tourist tax is included in the price; the only additional fee charged is cleaning for the total stay per booking in the amount of 40€. Check in is from 14 hours, and check out is until 10 hours. Please provide your arrival time in the reservation so that someone can meet you or give you instructions. House rules: pets are not allowed, parties are forbidden, pool operating hours 08:00-20:00, 23:00-08:00 quiet hours, smoking is not allowed in the apartment
