About this stay
We rent out three identical larger air-conditioned apartments for 4 people, and one smaller apartment for two people. One larger apartment is located on the ground floor to the left, and two are on the upper floor. The smaller one is located on the ground floor to the right. The larger apartments have two bedrooms and a living room, while the smaller one has one bedroom and a living room. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace of 12 square meters. All bed linen and dishes for cooking and serving food and drinks are provided in the apartments. Guests are asked to bring their own dishwashing and cleaning supplies, as well as towels for the bathroom and all personal hygiene items. The nearest beach (Žitna Bay) is 100 m away. The beach outside is pebbly, while the water is sandy. It is suitable for children. Along the beach there is a long promenade and a bicycle path. There are several restaurants and ice cream shops on the beach. Within a radius of 150-250 meters, there is an orchard, a bakery, several grocery stores, and shops selling beach equipment. Our street is not busy. It is used only by its residents and guests. It is paved and has public lighting.

Payment and notes
Once we agree on the reservation, I will send you the payment details for the deposit. It must be paid into the account within 3 business days, amounting to 20 % of the total reservation price. Once I see your payment in the account, I will notify you that I have received the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid into the account a few days before your arrival or in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The ideal check-in time is 13 hours, and check-out is until 9 hours in the morning. We use the water in the apartment for everything except drinking. We cook with it, brush our teeth, wash fruits and vegetables, and shower with it. We do not drink it unless it has been boiled. This is the case in most apartments on the island of Vir. All stores have plenty of bottled water in 1,5-liter and 7-liter packages.
