Family house with three fully equipped apartments (ground floor, 2 floor, and attic). The house is located in a quiet part of town, a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the city center. Apartment 1 has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area and a balcony. Apartment 2 has its own terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Apartment 3 has one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a 2 balcony. All three apartments have air conditioning. A barbecue is available to apartment guests. A parking space is provided in the courtyard for all three apartments. Welcome!

Payment and notes
Check-in and tourist tax are included in the price. Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 20% of the total price to the landlord's bank account. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival. Parking, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are included in the price. Check-in after 14:00h, and check-out by 10:00h. The price increases by 30% per night if the stay is shorter than three nights. We will send a written confirmation of your reservation (voucher). Note: Upon arrival, please present your ID cards or passports to the owner for registration in the E-visitor system.
