Apartmani Balić are located on the southern side of the island of Hvar, in the small tourist village of Ivan Dolac. Thanks to the highest number of sunshine hours in Croatia and the steep, vineyard-covered slopes on the southern side of Hvar, the area of Ivan Dolac produces grapes from which wines of the highest quality are made. Ivan Dolac also boasts a clean environment, full of aromatic herbs and other Mediterranean flora. From the village, there is a beautiful view of the islet of Šćedro and the island of Korčula. The nature and surroundings of Ivan Dolac make it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, especially for families with children, elderly people, and all guests tired of the daily noise and crowds of the city. Apartmani Balić are designed as separate apartments with independent entrances. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, a parking space, and a large terrace with sea views. As a registered family agricultural enterprise (OPG), we produce extra virgin olive oil, wine, brandies, and other homemade products.
