The attic apartment consists of a hallway, three bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large, beautiful terrace with a view from Krk to Senj. The apartments have private parking. The distance to the main square in the city center is 5 minutes on foot, and to the beach in the city center is about 7 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is in the city center; it is pebbly, well-maintained, and features a children's playground, restaurants, and bars, making it suitable for families with children. It continues into a well-maintained sandy beach. Each apartment has its own parking space. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the property.

Payment and notes
When making a reservation, the guest pays a deposit equal to the price of one night to the bank account, while the remaining amount is paid in cash or via mobile banking upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in to the apartment on the day of arrival is after 15.00 hours. The price for a three-night stay is increased by 30 % to cover cleaning costs, or cleaning is charged separately.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation of arrival at least thirty days prior to the scheduled date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
