Payment and notes
. Arrival at the property after 16:00 h, departure until 08:00 h in the morning. Send us an inquiry via e-mail or through the contact form. We will send you an offer within 24 hours. If you agree with the offer, we will send you a reservation with all instructions for the deposit payment. The deposit is approximately 20 % and must be paid within 2 days via bank (IBAN/BIC-SWIFT). If we do not receive the deposit within 2 days, we consider the reservation cancelled. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival, in advance for the entire period. With an apartment reservation, every guest has a paid tourist tax included for the entire duration of stay. Final cleaning of the apartment costs 100 euro; if the apartment is in good condition, cleaning will not be charged!!!
