The apartments have balconies, and the ground-floor apartment features a spacious terrace. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen featuring an oven, stove, refrigerator, and kettle. SAT TV, WIFI, and individual air conditioning are available in each apartment. Parking spaces are provided in front of the house, and a boat mooring is available upon request.
