Welcome to the website of Apartments Anči, located in the small Dalmatian village of Podaca, a place with a long tourist tradition, clear sea, mild climate, and beautiful beaches. It is an ideal location for a pleasant family vacation and, thanks to its geographical position, well-suited for day trips to nearby cities such as Dubrovnik, Mostar, Makarska, Split, the shrine of Međugorje, as well as the islands of Hvar and the Pelješac peninsula. The house has 4 apartments and can accommodate approximately 15 people. It is situated near a small pebbled beach, nestled among beautiful natural rocks, far from crowds and the main road. All apartments feature terraces with sea views. The apartments are air-conditioned, and unlimited wireless internet access is available. A parking space is provided for each apartment within the property surrounding the house.

Payment and notes
- During longer stays, bed linen is changed every 7 days, and towels are changed as needed, and more frequently. - Daily rental, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen with necessary dishes and utensils, water, electricity, and gas consumption, air conditioning, wireless internet, and a parking space are included in the arrangement price. - The deposit is 30% of the total arrangement price. The deposit is paid by transferring funds to the bank account. The remaining amount up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival. - Upon arrival, a security deposit of 50€ is also paid, which is returned to the guest upon departure if no damage has been caused to the apartment.
